We deliver to all and any postal address across India. So, we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.
To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
Also be aware that all shipments to any Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer’s risk. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, https://cindrellabag.com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not https://cindrelllabag.com . Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment. in case of an incomplete address provided by the customers, nothing can be done unless either of the party receives the package. SHIPMENT AND TRACKING DETAILS
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with the expected date of delivery.
NOTE: Cindrella Bag will only provide the tracking details once dispatched, once shipped Cindrella Bag will be no longer responsible for the delivery as we do not have control over the courier companies.

TIME TO DISPATCH
Time to Dispatch mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. In normal circumstances, the dispatch time will be 2 to 3 days and shipping will be done within 3 to 5 days after dispatching of the order.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Local Deliveries
There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.
Standard Courier – is FREE for all local orders and it takes approximately 5 working days to reach you from the time of order.
Express Courier – is available at an additional charge of $4.00 and it takes approximately 3 working days to reach you from the time of order.
To serve you better, you may even choose the timing of your deliveries from 9am to 10pm, weekdays or Saturdays, regardless of Standard or Express couriers.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
International Deliveries
For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.
